Yes, we recently completed a development in Whitstable, Kent. The Oystergate Apartments is a luxury development of 15 flats all now sold.
Do you offer a turn key design and build service?
Yes, if you are a land owner looking for a developer to deliver the scheme you have planning for or need help from initial planning application to turn key delivery please do get in touch.
Do you work with Local authorities and Housing associations?
Yes we have historically delivered schemes for Folkestone and Hythe District Council and East Kent Housing. We are also about to commence two further schemes for two other Kent based Housing Associations.
